Atlanta Falcons vs Philadelphia Eagles Betting Odds

One of the most anticipated games of the week will see two high powered offenses square off with one another. The Atlanta Falcons will take their high octane approach up to Pennsylvania and take on the Philadelphia Eagles. The Falcons come off their second straight win, as they defeated the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on the road in week nine. Meanwhile, the Eagles suffered their second straight loss in a game against the New York Giants.

The Falcons have been one of the nice surprises on the season thus far. Behind a potential MVP start to the season for quarterback Matt Ryan, the offense has been electric through nine weeks. Star wide receiver Julio Jones has been doing his part as well, and keeping this team under 20 points is virtually impossible it seems. Their defense is their weakness however. Even though they are putting up major points themselves, their opponents often find their way into the end zone quite frequently. Could that be their downfall this week on the road, where they only have one loss thus far?

As for the Eagles, they need this game to turn things around. They opened the season off scolding hot, but have cooled down considerably in recent weeks. The last two weeks have been divisional losses, marking three divisional losses in four weeks. But it should be noted, all three of those losses have come on the road. Their other loss this season has also come while away from Lincoln Financial Field. The team has yet to lose at home this season. Given their backs are against the wall right now, I would expect Carson Wentz and the offense to dig down deep and pull out a win in what could be the highest scoring game of the week.
