Avengers: Age of Ultron Promo Art Reveals Origins of Ultron and Vision

As the May 1st 2015 release date for Avengers: Age of Ultron grows ever nearer, fans are likely to make a grab for any plot and character info they can find about the highly anticipated movie.

A new batch of promotional images from Avengers: Age of Ultron made their way on to Yahoo today, that included images of Ultron, Vision, The Hulk vs. The Hulk Buster, Thor, Black Widow, and one of the original Avengers team. Two of the images actually include character bios of Ultron (played by James Spader) and Vision (played by Paul Bettany).

Ultron was originally the creation of Dr. Hank Pym, the original Ant-Man, but has since been rumored to have become the brainchild of Tony Stark for the purposes of the upcoming movie. Now, if the character bio on the promo image is correct, Ultron seems to have a different origin than we have been led to expect.

The origin of Vision is also taking something of a dramatic turn. Vision was originally created by the villainous Ultron, and was an android type being referred to as a “synthezoid”. In Avengers: Age of Ultron, Vision is actually the creation of Bruce Banner and Tony Stark as ameans to tray and defeat Ultron.

The rest of the promotional pictures can be found below. Enjoy.
