A Couple Arizona Cardinals to Consider

Tony Jefferson (S)

Tony Jefferson has hinted that he would want to play for a team like the Baltimore Ravens if he were to leave Arizona as a free agent. This does not mean that he will be a clear cut signing, as he would want a higher price tag as one of the top safeties in this free agent class. But if a couple cap casualties are cut, like safety Ladarius Webb, I definitely can see a move like this happening that would sure up the safety position and would already be one of the better safety tandems in the league. But if he is signed, he would get a bigger contract that the Ravens still may not want to give up and since Jefferson is a strong safety, Eric Weddle or Jefferson would have to move to free safety.

Calais Campbell (DE)

If the Baltimore Ravens want to replace pending free agent Lawrence Guy at defensive end, Calais Campbell is a guy to look at as a veteran that could improve the defensive line and be a typical signing the Ravens could make like the Eric Weddle signing last year. If the Ravens are comfortable with Bronson Kaufusi, the 3rd round pick from BYU in the 2016 NFL Draft, or if they resign Lawrence Guy; then I do not see a move like this happening due to competition and most likely cap space as Campbell would want a bigger deal on the market.

Kevin Minter (ILB)

A replacement for recently retired Zach Orr is needed, and Minter could be a young option to start next to C.J. Mosely. He can be a solid run defender and while he is not a rangy as Orr, Minter can be a pretty good replacement. If the Ravens are fine with Kamalei Correa, the 2nd round selection out of Boise State in the 2016 NFL Draft, then I do not see this move made. Since he is a younger player, Minter might get more money elsewhere.
