Carolina Panthers: Buy or Sell against the Kansas City Chiefs

The Carolina Panthers are not the same team that went to the super bowl in 2015. Sitting at 3-5 and 2 games back in the NFC South, the Panthers need to start winning regularly again. They are currently attempting that with a 2 game win streak and game against the Kansas City Chiefs on the horizon. What do you feel are the Panthers chances on Sunday? Are you buying or selling the Carolina Panthers to get a victory over the Chiefs?

Cam Newton has had a rough go here in 2016. He has been battered and bruised so much that he had to call a special meeting with the commissioner. He has had several post-game press conferences that have been nothing but complaining about the official’s calls. This is not the way to be a winning team. If you are successful you will let those things roll off your back. You never heard this out of the Panthers in 2015. You always heard the positive talk. In order to return to that, the Carolina Panthers need to refocus the positive energy and the winning might return.

The Carolina Panthers defense has not been the same in 2016. They have allowed many of teams to score and control the football. They are currently the 18th ranked defense in the league. Last season they were in the top 5 of most categories. For the Panthers and Defensive Coordinator, Sean McDermott things need to get better. If there is any chance to recover in a wide open NFC South the defense will need to find its 2015 growl once again!

The Carolina Panthers are looking to make it 3 straight wins on Sunday. If they can do this and get some help, they will be right back in the thick of a division race. This would have never been talked about 4 weeks ago. Andy Reid has his Chiefs playing well and sitting with a 4 game win streak. Who will have their streak broken? Kansas City makes it 5 in a row. I am selling the Carolina Panthers.
