How to use cannabis? It’s safe to say that there are certain ways to use cannabis on a daily basis and that the history of using marijuana for medical purposes is more ancient than its legislation in different parts of the world. For example, people in the Middle East, India, and China have been using marijuana for health and recreational purposes for centuries. Alone in India, it was first used to speed up the healing process in the 18th century BC.

Luckily, the use of cannabis was legalized in California and other parts of the United States in January 2018, and since then, people have increased their dependence on it, especially the ones who have cancer and other similar complications. A total of 30 American states are still in the waiting list, meaning their officials have not said “yes” to the legalization of marijuana. Health experts have now proved that its legalization is the need of the time since weed can help manage different psychological problems, such as stress, depression, anxiety, and others.


Keeping these facts in mind, it’s now time to know the different ways to use cannabis on a daily basis.

It was in the 19th century when the British colonialists from India understood the significance and value of marijuana. They conducted a number of experiments and concluded that marijuana could be used for curing a number of diseases. Some used medical marijuana for strong health long ago but then were revealed other advantages of medical marijuana. They also realized the relationship between marijuana and anesthetic, and then several army surgeons began prescribing cannabis for the treatment of epilepsy, rheumatism and muscle spasms.

With time, its value was understood by the world, and army surgeons and other health experts from the United States, Canada and parts of Europe began using cannabis for medical purposes. Today, medical cannabis is permitted in over 23 American and Israeli states, and full-fledged medical research is being done to be ensured of its potential benefits. For example, it is yet to be known whether marijuana can help alleviate the condition of patients in case of back pain, eating disorders, cancer, glaucoma, and Alzheimer’s disease. Maybe, medical professionals will take a significant amount of time to describe all this, but the value of marijuana in skincare products has been fully understood. For example, it is now widely used in beauty creams, lotions, ointments, and sunscreen moisturizers.

2. Smoking

In Washington and Colorado, where marijuana has been legalized, different edibles are present that are both effective and affordable.

In conclusion, we can say that cannabis can be used in plenty of forms, but these five forms are the most common and best. However, one should be careful with the quantity used daily. For example, if you do not have a medical condition, you should not use cannabis, and if you cannot live without it, then you can smoke weed for recreational purposes. The occasional use of marijuana is ideal for those who are physically and mentally strong.
