In what may be considered a crucial bounce-back game, Russell Wilson needs to get back on track. So should you start or sit him on your fantasy football team?

It is truly rare to mention “struggle” and the one-time Super Bowl champion in the same sentence, but in the case of Mr. Ciara, it couldn’t be further from the truth.

Yes! I know that he put up a quality stat line of 258 yards passing for one touchdown and one interception while completing 62.8 percent of his passes, but he just didn’t LOOK like the Russ that we have all come to love and appreciate.

That and the lingering ankle injury that he sustained in a 12-10 win over the visiting Miami Dolphins could cause wary Wilson owners to be cautious in starting the former Badger standout against a team that seems to have his number in the Los Angeles Rams.

For all of his brilliance in his career, Wilson has struggled—there is that word again—in going 1-3 vs the Rams in his last four matchups and 4-4 overall in the last eight. Granted, the environment such as indoor crowd noise may have been a factor while the Rams were in St. Louis.

Now back in their ancestral home in Los Angeles at the Olympic Coliseum, Wilson will face that same normally stout defense in front of the glitz and glamour of 90,000 NFL football-starved fans in primetime.

From a fantasy—and stat point of view, Wilson has gone 19-of-29 for 227 yards, 1.1 touchdowns and 0.8 interceptions per ProfootballReference.com

In what is a must-win game for a 0-1 and desperate team such as the Rams, playing their first game back in Southern California in 20-plus years, look for the Rams defense to make a less-than-100 percent Wilson see some stars in Hollywood.
