Week thirteen is finally here, and for some of us, it’s the last week of the fantasy football regular season, and if you play in two-week fantasy football playoffs, congratulations on making the playoffs! This week is the very last bye, with the Titans and Browns taking the last rest slots.

While Marcus Mariota should be a weekly starter for you, if you looked towards the Browns mess of a situation for help, there’s little-to-no chance you’re still in contention. This week’s sleepers article looks at three streamable quarterbacks who are owned in 50% or more of fantasy leagues, with one quarterback out there in 90% of leagues (figures are based on Yahoo! ownership percentages).[embedit snippet=”jeff-ads”]

Colin Kaepernick at Chicago (49% owned)

Really, people? What does Kaepernick have to do to get some respect? He was the #1 quarterback last week and has been a top-ten quarterback for over a month now, posting the third-highest points per game over the last four weeks (25.18 points per game) behind just Kirk Cousins and Aaron Rodgers.

This week he takes on a Bears team that is without a good portion of their starting defense and gave up 19, 17 and 21 fantasy points in their last few games. The only mobile quarterback the Bears faced was Mariota last week, and he went for 46 yards on four rushes. Kaepernick is far more mobile than Mariota, and if you want more info, check out his start/sit article this week.

Ryan Fitzpatrick versus Indianapolis (17% owned)

Fitzpatrick isn’t good, as he’s gone past the “get paid” part of The Ryan Fitzpatrick Cycle straight into the “suck” part. He is liable to crater at any time, but he also has a 300 yard, three score game in him at any time thanks to his Jay Cutler-esque YOLO attitude.

Last week he posted 269 and two scores against the Patriots, but this week he takes on the Colts, who allow the second-most fantasy points to quarterbacks this year. The Colts have allowed 20 fantasy points to quarterbacks in four-straight games, and haven’t allowed fewer than 16 since week three. He’s a high-variance play more suited to DFS than your fantasy playoffs, but if you’re desperate and need a high variance play, Fitzpatrick is your man.

Matt Barkley versus San Francisco (3% owned)
Barkley, like Fitzpatrick above, is a matchup play. In his start last week, Barkley had 300 yards, three touchdowns, and two interceptions. The 49ers don’t have a whole lot of playmakers on defense, so the interceptions will be limited and probably won’t get over the two he got last week.

He isn’t very good, but the 49ers defense is terrible. This is purely a matchup desperation play, but the 49ers have given up 18 fantasy points or more to every non-division opponent they’ve faced this year, including over 20 points to their last four non-division foes.
