There are many reasons to move to The Lone Star state. Our nation’s biggest state by area offers a high level of affordability, a warm climate, delicious cuisine, and that legendary Southern hospitality. In this article, we look at just six of the reasons that those looking for a new home in these United States of ours should seriously consider Texas as an option.

Natural Beauty: Being a big state located in the Gulf of Mexico, Texas boasts a diverse and beautiful selection of scenery. Among the notable areas of natural beauty are the Palo Duro Canyon, the Rock State Natural Area, and the Big Thicket National Preserve, which contains over 100,000 acres of untouched, unspoiled land.

There are many restaurants that allow customers to choose the animal that is then slaughtered and served, and even when the meat isn’t served quite as fresh, it is still of incredible quality.

Education: With over 200 colleges and universities, including the renowned Rice University, Texas A&M, and the University of Texas in Austin, Texas offers residents access to some of the finest educational institutions in the country.

Fast Growing Cities: According to the most recent United States census, Texas boasts most of the nation’s fastest-growing cities, with the fastest growing being Georgetown, where the renowned Southwestern University is located.
