CLEVELAND- The main storyline for the Super Bowl is about which team is going to win. Every writer, radio show host, and television reporter will focus on the matchups, both the players and coaches. However, this Super Bowl will also feature a side plot.

The Cleveland Browns, a team that dreams of making the Super Bowl within the next 10 years, will have their eyes on this game. The fate of the franchise may rest on the shoulders of Seattle Seahawks Defensive Coordinator Dan Quinn. He may be called upon to answer the call of a far more demanding task then winning the Super Bowl. The next chapter for Quinn could be coaching the Browns. Establishing a winning team in Cleveland is a far greater challenge then coaching the Seahawks to victory in the Super Bowl. It may sound illogical but the Browns recent history is the evidence.

If the Seahawks win, Quinn will likely emerge as the top candidate.

Buffalo Bills Defensive Coordinator Mike Pettine and Atlanta Falcons Offensive Coordinator Dirk Koetter are also candidates.  Denver Broncos Offensive Coordinator Adam Gase withdrew from consideration.

The Browns also interviewed New England Patriots Offensive Coordinator Josh McDaniels, Arizona Cardinals Defensive Coordinator Todd Bowles (withdrawn), former Green Bay Packers Quarterbacks Coach Ben McAdoo, former Tennessee Titans Head Coach Mike Munchak and Dallas Cowboys Special Teams Coach Rich Bisaccia.
