Cooking is when of my favorite things to do. Especially in the summer time. I not only love to cook, but I love to experiment with new flavors. Here I will share one of my favorite sauce recipes for you to use this summer. I use this flavoring on mainly pork and chicken.

Ingredients

1 Cup Ketchup

2 Tsp Liquid Smoke

1 Tsp Worchester Sauce

1 Tsp Garlic Powder

1 Tsp Onion Powder

Couple Dashes of McCormick’s Smokehouse Maple

Place all ingredients in a small saucepan and reduce over a medium-low heat. Stirring until you receive desired thickness.

Once you have made the sauce, you can baste it on your desired choice of meat. As I stated in the opening paragraph, I usually pair this with a grilled chicken breast or pork ribs. I have never tried it on beef.

You can discover the convenience of online butchers Melbourne for your summer barbecues; they offer a wide selection of premium cuts perfect for enhancing with our simple, flavorful sauce, ensuring a memorable culinary experience right from your grill.

There are several variations that you can do with this base to put your own twist on it . A couple dashes of Tabasco would spice it up for you. I have also added pineapple juice and honey for a sweeter side to the sauce.

I have made this sauce to not only baste on items that I am grilling but also as a dipping condiment. It is a pretty simple to make and does not take time away from your grill. You can make it well in advance of grilling that night or even that week. The sauce will keep up to a week in the refrigerator.

When cooking or grilling this summer try this topping. Put your own touches on this simple, flavorful base. Your company will be pleasantly surprised.

Please leave your variations to this sauce below.
