Healthy food simply refers to a food from which we get nutrition, proteins, minerals, carbohydrates which our body required for good health. Healthy Food saves us from many diseases, and makes us mentally relaxed as we know we are taking healthy food as its good for our body. Healthy food keeps us healthy, fit and active and can live healthier. We live a good and long life if we intake the healthy food. We also stay away from the mood swings with the help of healthy food. Healthy food keeps us healthy and away from the diseases like cancer, diabetes, depression etc. Healthy food also saves our money as its keeps us healthy and fit so we do not need to spend our money on medicines. A healthy food includes vegetables, fruits, dairy products, meats, eggs and many more items. In other words, healthy food means, a different types of food which gives nutrients to feel us healthy, energetic, and also increase our life.
Below are some healthy foods examples:-
Salmon: Salmon having great source of proteins, vitamins B, nutrients, potassium and fats which our body needs for good functions. Salmon reduces the risk of heart attack and helps us to weight control, reducing blood pressure; it’s also produce energy, and protects our brain.
Apple: An apple a day, keeps the doctors away is a very well known proverb, apple contains fiber, calcium, potassium and phosphorus, antioxidants, which helps us to reducing the risk of high blood pressure, diabetes and heart attack, controls the cholesterol level in our body, and no risks has found yet to consume an apple.
Banana: Banana’s provides us a instant energy, gives us a good amount of potassium, vitamins, fiber, calories. A research has proven that intake of high fiber reduces the chances of heart attack. Banana also helps us indigestion. Banana contains low salt so it’s good for hypertension patients also. It’s also contains iron which is good for the patients of anemia.
Oranges: Oranges contains vitamin C, fiber, and low calories. Its helps us to maintain the blood pressure level as contains low sodium level. Oranges contains a good amount of vitamin c, which is very helpful to prevent cancer, and also help to fight with skin damage due to pollution. Oranges also boosted our immune system.
Grapes: Grapes contains vitamin c, lute in, antioxidants etc. It’s protects us from sunburns, hair loss, grapes juice is a good remedy for migraine. Its also prevent us from indigestion, eye degeneration. It’s also reduces the risk of kidney disorders, also recover us from constipation.
Kiwi: Kiwi provides us vitamin C, vitamin k, and vitamin e and potassium. Kiwi helps us to treat Asthma, and very useful in Dengue as well. Kiwi’s has the more vitamin c instead of lemon and oranges. Every 100 grams of kiwi contains 150 percentage of vitamin c, which is twice that oranges and lemons contain vitamin c.

Meat: Earlier, it was the myth that the meat is very harmful for our body but softly baked meat is healthiest and nutritious food on earth you can eat. Meat provides us protein, vitamins B, vitamin E, zinc, iron. Meat contains high amount of protein, which is very important for our body.
Almonds: Almond contains fiber, protein, fats, magnesium and vitamin E. Almonds helps us to reduce our blood pressure and cholesterol. They also useful in weight loss. Almonds also contain fiber which helps us to prevent from cancer. Studies also show that almonds are capable to decrease the blood sugar.
