We have an AFC South showdown on the horizon in week 11 of the NFL season. The second place Tennessee Titans will hit the road for some divisional action against the Indianapolis Colts this week. The Titans are coming off a 47-25 trouncing of the under-performing Green Bay Packers in week 10. The Colts are coming off a bye, but their last game saw them defeat the Packers as well. These two teams already faced off this season, with the Colts winning by a score of 34-26 in week seven.

The Titans have been somewhat of a nice surprise this season. That is mostly thanks to the strong play of second-year quarterback Marcus Mariota and running back DeMarco Murray. The team has seen several of their wideouts step up this year as well, with Rishard Matthews being one example. The team has split their four games on the road to this point in the season. Given they were beaten up by the Colts earlier this year, it is safe to say the team is going to be looking to return the favor this week. The team has been a bit unpredictable to this point, as some weeks you feel they should perform, and they do not.

The Colts are another one of those teams who has been a bit hard to predict this season. They are 2-2 at home through four games, but there is one key factor that has held the team back up to this point and will continue to do so. The team has virtually no defense and will continue to see mixed results as a result. They are home, which is why they have a three point spread in their favor this week. But given their defense, and the fact that I have a little more faith in the Titans right now, I have to lean against the Colts, in what should be an interesting and close game.
