Travel: The Best Honeymoon Places in San Francisco


Congratulations on tying the knot and having that special someone by your side. Now, the next step is where to spend the honeymoon! Why not have your own summer of love in San Francisco!

For those who appreciate a special night of sentimental suppers and moving in faint lights and music, may enjoy the city’s super-stylish nightlife area. Couples can escape the city by taking a BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) train to Bay View for a sentimental outing and champagne by the water.

The so-called “City By The Bay” catches the hearts of honeymoon voyagers for myriad reasons. Slopes rise and drop all around you look. Immense parks offer space with high rises and unbelievably lavish, Victorian homes.

Cable cars jangle over the lanes. The Golden Gate Bridge shows up around for all intents and purposes each turn–as does the sea, encompassing the city on three sides. San Francisco is metropolitan without being overpowering, consolidating big-time complexity with the laid-back, dressed-down mindset of whatever remains of the West Coast.

Take a voyage through Alcatraz in a foggy morning. It’s a ‘must-watch’ place to see for anybody going to San Francisco. Appreciate an intimate meal on the Napa Valley Wine Train. Highlighting a celestial occasional menu, uncommon wines and unparalleled view, this is an affair that can’t be missed!

Also, break in your journey at the spooky Winchester Mystery House. This beast of a mansion is found one hour outside of San Francisco and is packed with design riddles. Whatever you do, don’t go alone!

One of the most ideal approaches to experience the over-romantic city is through walking by holding your dearest’s hand. Beginning at Union Square (shopping focal), travel south of Market Street to see the Contemporary Jewish Museum, California Historical Society and the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts.

Take a stroll to San Fran’s Little Italy, i.e, North Beach. Here, you’ll discover the City Lights bookstore, of Beat Poet popularity, and vintage dress and furniture stores. Don’t forget to stop for a sip of coffee at Caffe Trieste, a North Beach apparatus.

Now that you are relaxed! Just set yourself for some shopping. When it comes to shopping, nothing better than the Ferry Building at Embarcadero. This spot is acclaimed for other stuff too, like, waterfront eateries, island oyster bar, mall, and so on.

Lastly, at the time of adieu, Finish off the night swinging your honey to the beat at an energizing San Francisco club. With such a great amount to see and do, your special first night in the lively city of San Francisco can be whatever you need it to be!
