If you have decided to go on a Clubbing holiday to Spain, firstly, I want to congratulate you on making an excellent choice! Spain is one of the world’s best clubbing destinations, and you’re unlikely to find a country that does it quite like it.

So once you’ve booked your holiday and you’ve checked out the villas in spain, you’re pretty much good to go. But did you know there are more clubs in Spain than you can shake a stick at? Did you know that choosing the ‘Right’ club isn’t always easy? Well, now it is because if you read on you will learn about some of the best clubs Spain has!

Barcelona: If you’re going to Spain you’ll need to take a trip to Barcelona so you can see the sights, learn about its history, and, of course, experience the nightlife! The clubs around here are well known for their electronic music, and there are many venues that proudly attract some top DJ’s every single year.

Head to Sant Gervasi or Eixample and get a taste of a bit of techno. If you would prefer to listen to a bit of alternative rock, you may want to head to Poble Nou. Alternatively, if you like nothing more than the cocktail scene then El Born is the place to be.

Benidorm: Benidorm is known as a tourist destination that is very popular with people from all around the world. In addition to its stunning beaches, Benidorm is the ideal destination if you’re a bit of a clubber. There are at least 150 bars and clubs and they cater to every taste. If you like nothing more than to relax while you’re on holiday, dance the night away, and generally have a great time, you need to head to Benidorm.

Benidorm tends to be a lot more relaxed than some of the other holiday destinations, so if you’re not looking for a sophisticated time away, and you would like to have some fun in the sun, Benidorm is where it’s at.

Ibiza:  You simply cannot call yourself a clubber if you haven’t been to Ibiza at least once. This island is a clubber’s paradise, and simply has it all: From beautiful beaches, amazing places to eat, and of course, clubs that stay open until the early hours of the morning.

Ibiza is well known for hosting many a top DJ over the summer months, and you’re likely to see some of the world’s best DJ’s play here as often as they can. If you want to bump into famous people, dance the night away to some amazing tunes, and spend the days on the beach, Ibiza is the place to be.

Madrid: Although Madrid is a wonderful city to visit during the day, it seems to come to life during the dark hours. Madrid is absolutely packed full of clubs, bars and discos which means you’re sure to find at least a few places you’ll love. If you’re a lover of all things rock, you may want to head to the Malasaña area, however, if you prefer something that’s a little more sophisticated then the Salamanca area will do you proud.

Many people love to visit Madrid because it’s known for its very fashionable clubs where some of the world’s best DJ’s like to play every summer. If this is where you would like to be, you need to head to the Sol and Gran Via areas as you’ll find exactly what you’re looking for.

Sitges: Located in Catalonia, and south-west of Barcelona, Sitges is an unbelievable place, and although it’s not as well known as some parts of Spain are, it’s definitely worth visiting. The beaches are a huge attraction as they’re simply stunning, but the nightlife is also pretty impressive too.

Predominantly an LGBT scene which means it’s relaxed, fun, and has all of the very latest tunes that will keep you dancing until dawn, Sitges has some incredibly beautiful mansions, and the old town is just divine. Being Spain’s most famous LGBT town, if you would like to mix with people who want as much fun as you do, this is the place to be.

Valencia: Although you may not necessarily associate Valencia with the clubbing scene, it really does have a scene that you need to experience. Head to Barrio del Carmen in the old town, and you will find many clubs and bars. If you happen to be in Valencia during July and August, you may want to think about heading to Paseo Neptuno promenade as there’s usually a lot of music and dancing until the very early hours of the morning.

If you’re a young student you may want to head to Avenida Blasco Ibanez as the younger scene can be found here. To be honest, wherever you go in Valencia there’s bound to be some sort of clubbing scene that is well worth visiting before the rest of the world finds out how awesome it is!

As you can see, there are some great places to enjoy a spot of clubbing. Whether you are looking to dance the night away, or you want to sip cocktails somewhere classy until the sun comes up, Spain has it all. Head to Ibiza for that classic clubber’s holiday, Sitges or Benidorm if you would like a taste of everything.
