The Washington Redskins are in desperate need of some offense. Whether that comes by way of ground or through the air. If they plan on using the air more than the ground then they are going to have to take some shots downfield. However, that may not come easy on Saturday as the Bears are the sixth-ranked pass defense in the league. The Redskins are going to need a good mix in order to get the ball in the air. I expect the Bears to try and take the Redskins deep threats out of the game and cover the underneath. Watch and see how the Redskins counter the Bears pass defense.

Blitz Matt Barkley
Matt Barkley has been playing above any expectations that were expected of him. From the pieces of game film that I have seen of him playing, he has not faced much pressure. The Washington Redskins need to blitz and pressure the journeyman QB. If they can accomplish this then they may be able to get some much-needed turnovers and create a short field for their offense. That is something that the Redskins have failed to do as of late. The Redskins need this victory in the worst of ways, it is time to pull out all stops.
Petal to the metal
The Washington Redskins need to come out fast and play fast for the game. There needs to be a sense of urgency in the way they play. In order to succeed the Redskins will have to take advantage of mistakes, limit their 3 and outs, and score as many points as they possibly can. If the Washington Redskins play their game up-tempo they should have no worries versus an inferior Chicago Bears football team!
