The RAW women’s division has been dominated by Charlotte and Sasha Banks. Although, there are other female superstars that need time to shine. Names like Nia Jax, Bayley, Alicia Fox, and Dana Brooke have essentially been pushed to the back of the line, receiving virtually no screen time. At what point does WWE start giving its RAW women the proper respect they deserve?

At some point, Sasha and Charlotte are going to end their seemingly endless feud. Unfortunately, the WWE has done such a bad job on establishing its other female superstars, it won’t be as easy getting any of the two into a meaningful feud. The only women’s star RAW has done somewhat well with is Bayley, whose charm and lovable personality is enough to get her to the top of the women’s division.

Bayley is going to be a great champion for RAW, but she’s not going to get the belt till at least Wrestlemania. Once Charlotte and Sasha end their feud, the two will be able to branch out into other rivalries. It’s unknown if either of the two will feud with Bayley, but there are quite a few others that will provide a worthy challenge and storyline leading up to Wrestlemania.

RAW will be adding two other female names to its women’s division, Paige, and Emmalina. Both have experience in WWE working as heels, so it’s to be expected that both will be pushed that way. Although, nothing is set in stone, and Paige might not be taking a wrestling role upon returning, so it’s up in the air as to who does what.

With the only other formidable opponents on the roster being Nia Jax and Dana Brooke, it appears that WWE needs to make a decision on what direction they wish to take with Sasha and Charlotte. There is certainly the possibility of starting up a potential Wrestlemania feud, inserting Bayley into the title picture, but they might wish to give each an another opponent before they get into Wrestlemania season.

Nia Jax has been so underused that she needs to enter a feud with Sasha to garner her more exposure to the WWE universe, and it makes sense to do that as soon as possible. With Nia supposedly being a monster heel, putting her against arguably the most over a woman in the WWE makes sense.

Of course, a Nia Jax feud all hinges on Sasha losing to Charlotte at Roadblock, as WWE will likely want to consider a Bayley program in the not too distant future for the winner of that match.

There is a lot riding on the RAW women’s division. It’s at its highest point in years, and WWE has capitalized on the success. With Sasha and Charlotte captivating the WWE universe, it only makes sense to let the other women shine and carve their own path to greatness because the women are here to stay.
