According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter and Chris Mortensen, the Houston Texans have agreed to a deal with Penn State head coach, Bill O’Brien.

O’Brien, 44, was 15-9 in two seasons at Penn State after spending five years in New England as their offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach.  In Houston, O’Brien will take over a team that has a lot of questions about who will be their starting quarterback in Case Keenum and Matt Schaub.

Known as an offensive innovator and aggressive play-caller, O’Brien could inject some much needed spark into a under-achieving Texans offense.
