Long before becoming a professional golfer, Gavin Aurilia proved he could perform under pressure.
His junior career featured victories and standout performances across some of the country’s most prestigious tournaments. Among his biggest accomplishments was winning the 2021 IMG Academy Junior World Championship at Torrey Pines, along with capturing the 2020 AJGA Open at Pronghorn in dominant fashion. He also earned multiple runner-up finishes in AJGA events, achieved a top-10 ranking on the national Junior Golf Scoreboard, and consistently ranked among the nation’s elite juniors in the AJGA Rolex Rankings.
That competitive foundation has seamlessly carried over into Aurilia’s professional career. Since turning professional in 2025, he has continued to gain momentum, earning full status on the 2025 PGA TOUR Americas straight out of college. Since then, he has added a victory at the 2026 Pasadera Cup, qualified for the 2026 U.S. Open Sectionals, advanced to the second stage of Korn Ferry Tour Q-School, and recorded several other impressive finishes throughout his young professional career.
Standing 6-foot-2 with a composed demeanor and a powerful all-around game, Aurilia continues to demonstrate why he is considered one of the most promising young professionals in golf. As his experience grows and his results continue to improve, the future looks exceptionally bright for the Scottsdale native as he aims to earn his place on the PGA TOUR.
