TAMPA, FL — Following a heart-wrenching 26-23 overtime loss to the struggling Tampa Bay Buccaneers, embattled Cleveland Browns head coach, Hue Jackson may be on the hot seat.

Following their loss in Tampa, rumors of a heated exchange in the tunnel between Jackson and offensive coordinator Todd Haley by an unnamed source is the tip of the iceberg in what has been a very tense relationship between the two men.

The blowup was reportedly over use of personnel, time management, lack of development, discipline and play-calling. With how questionable the play calling, and has been over the last few weeks, this is not surprising.

Per Daryl Ruiter of 92.3 The Fan, owner Jimmy Haslam and general manager John Dorsey are both not too pleased and that Jackson is on “thin ice”

Based on the play of the team over the last two weeks in which they looked undisciplined in racking up numerous penalties and looking mentally unprepared, especially in the first half vs. Tampa, Jackson may not last until the bye, as also reported, and Jackson–who is now 3-35-1–may have coached his next-to-last game as Browns head coach.
