Week 4 brings a lot to be desired when it comes to playing fantasy football. In my opinion, it brings forward the ones who are in it. Now that bye weeks are in play for the season it makes the cream rise to the top. Weekly sleepers can make or break your team. Here is a fantasy football sleeper pick from each team for Thursday Night Football.

Miami Dolphins

The Dolphins are a team that in early 2016 are trying to find themselves on offense. Ryan Tannehill is playing extremely well in this young season. Almost to a point to becoming an every-week fantasy starter. He is getting some solid production from his receivers. But this week I want to focus on the bigger of the pass catchers. My sleeper this week is TE Dion Sims.

Sims will get the start at TE this week with Jordan Cameron out because of a concussion. With the secondary of the Cincinnati Bengals being chewed up by the Denver Broncos offense, look for the Dolphins to try and do the same. The secondary of the Bengals will look to shut down the outside with doubles leaving the middle of the field open. If you are looking for a TE for your daily league or maybe even for a 1 week bye week filler. Keep an eye out for Dion Sims.

Cincinnati Bengals

The Bengals offense seems to be in a small struggle through 3 games. Usually, a short week can help that. The home offense seems to have the upper hand in most cases. The Bengals will look to get their ground game going, as per the usual. However, my sleeper, on this side also comes through the air. I like WR Brandon LaFell.

LaFell came over from the New England Patriots and came out big in week one. In the last 2 weeks, he has been relatively quiet. The Dolphins are going to look roll coverage to AJ Green. Why wouldn’t you? So look for Andy Dalton to try and get LaFell going early. The Dolphins secondary can be suspect for some big plays and LaFell could just be the guy for those this week. He is a solid flex option for your daily league.

As week 4 begins we will see who the serious fantasy owner is. The bye week plays a major role in your waiver wire transactions. Do not be afraid to take a chance on players that you normally would not play. Look for more sleepers for Sunday’s action later in the week.
