Some women chase titles. Others quietly earn them.
For Erica Rose, 2026 has become a milestone year marked by two of the most meaningful recognitions of her career. The City of Houston recently honored the attorney, entrepreneur, television personality, and philanthropist as one of Swoon Media’s 2026 Girl Bosses of the Year, with the award presented by Houston City Council Member Twila Carter in recognition of Erica’s leadership, professional achievements, and commitment to serving her community.
Just weeks later came another career-defining honor: Rose was named a Texas Super Lawyer for the fourth consecutive year—an elite distinction earned through nominations and evaluations by fellow attorneys and members of the judiciary. For any attorney, it’s a remarkable achievement. To receive the honor four years in a row speaks volumes about the respect she has earned within the legal community.
While millions first met Erica Rose on The Bachelor, the reality television spotlight was never the final destination—it simply became the launchpad for a career that continues to evolve in unexpected ways.
Today, Rose is the founder and Co-CEO of Rose Sanders Law Firm, PLLC, where she represents individuals navigating some of life’s most difficult moments. Her work ranges from complex civil litigation and custody matters to representing children injured through negligence, causes that align closely with her lifelong passion for protecting families and advocating for those who need a voice.
“When justice matters more than the paycheck,” those closest to Erica say, “she never hesitates.” Throughout her career, she has quietly taken on pro bono cases when clients simply couldn’t afford representation—an extension of a family legacy rooted in service.
Giving back has always been part of Erica’s DNA.
She is actively involved with The Holly Rose Ribbon Foundation, the nonprofit established by her family in memory of her late Aunt Holly, whose battle with Stage IV breast cancer inspired a mission to help fund life-saving surgeries and provide hope for families facing medical hardship. The foundation continues to expand its reach with charitable events planned throughout Houston and Los Angeles.
Despite an impressive list of professional accomplishments, Erica will tell you her proudest role isn’t found on television or inside a courtroom.
It’s being mom to daughters Holland and Aspen.
Together with her husband and law partner, Charles Sanders, Erica has built a life centered on family, faith, and purpose. Whether volunteering with organizations like Kids’ Meals, practicing yoga together, creating art, or escaping to their home in Aspen, Colorado, the Sanders family believes giving back begins at home. A certified Baptiste yoga instructor, Erica embraces wellness as part of everyday life, encouraging her daughters to lead with kindness, confidence, and compassion.
A proud Houston native, Erica graduated from Emory University before earning her Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center, where she held numerous leadership positions and quickly distinguished herself as both a scholar and advocate. Long before television audiences knew her name, she was already building the foundation for the career she leads today.
Still, Erica hasn’t closed the door on entertainment.
Comfortable both inside a courtroom and in front of a camera, she remains a sought-after television personality and legal commentator, offering expert analysis on breaking legal stories while developing exciting new projects of her own—including a lifestyle docuseries currently in development that follows the beautifully imperfect balance between motherhood, marriage, philanthropy, and running a successful law firm.
In an era when success is often measured by followers and headlines, Erica Rose is proving that substance never goes out of style.
She has successfully blended law, media, philanthropy, entrepreneurship, and motherhood into a life that feels both aspirational and remarkably relatable.
The accolades may continue to grow, but for Erica Rose, they’re simply reminders that purpose, perseverance, and authenticity never go unnoticed.
