Sujata Rath: Twin flame concept and spirituality are inextricably linked. The true meaning of spirituality is self realization to understand who you truly are and a conscious understanding of your soul’s journey through life. Twin flame journey is not about a choice, but it is a soul contract of some evolved souls who volunteered to participate in the Earth’s energetic shift from the 3rd dimension of fear, separation and material obsession to the 5th dimension of un-conditional love , unity and heart centered consciousness prior to their incarnation on Earth. Twin flames are old evolved souls who are awakened through Divine intervention on Divine time. So basically no mind manipulation works in a twin flame journey.
When one operates from lower 3 chakras they see love in a limited perspective but twin flame love is a concept which can be understood from higher chakras .Twin flames are the projection of the same divine energy in two forms , Masculine and Feminine energy forms. Within them exist gentle light codes that awaken the heart chakra upon meeting—whether through a glance, a touch, or even a connection felt across distance .A sudden surge of wisdom and inner knowing is generally experienced after this encounter. Sujata Rath: There are two types of union in twin flames journey, one is divine union and then sacred union. Divine union makes one tap into the goddess or god energy which is the embodiment of God’s consciousness by aligning with one’s higher self and becoming an instrument of God to pass the downloaded wisdoms from source. So sacred union becomes the harmonious union of God and Goddess energies which itself creates healing on Earth .It is believed that there are 144000 twin flames co-incarnated on Earth in waves to participate in the Earth’s shift and collectively heal mother Earth through their expanded heart chakras.

Sujata Rath: Ego is based on insecurities, comparison and control. Ego seeks love, validation and success externally and needs to control outcomes. There is no courage to look internally to introspect and work on one’s own shadows.
Divine alignment needs humbleness and courage to work on your own shadows. You cannot pour water into a closed vessel. So ego makes a person have a closed mindset and it is difficult to have divine grace with ego.
Ego arises when we feel we are so powerful. Are we really more powerful than nature? When we say we are breathing. Is it really accurate? The air comes and goes without our control of holding it for a long time. So basically we are kind of a device controlled by the Universe. We have some choices which make our life better or worse but the truth is we are just a small piece of a larger puzzle of divine plan and being controlled by the source. Life is a train and we are just a passenger without knowing when our stop will come. When we think about how transient life is and how powerless we really are, it will help for internal shifts.
Another version of ego is working from mind rather than heart. Our heart is a portal to higher consciousness and always wiser than mind. Our mind stores the learning of what society has taught us. Sujata Rath: When we see through water, we can see our face. Can you see your face clearly when the water is muddy? A divine counterpart is just like your mirror. You cannot see your face clearly if the mirror is dirty. So unless you work on yourself so much to clean your soul, mind or emotions to see clearly you cannot find your divine partner. A twin flame or divine partner can come to your life when your soul is ready to come out of the karmic loop and deserve liberation .
First, one has to shift the limited perception of love and honor love.
