We have some NFL action down in Mexico City on Monday Night Football this week. It will feature a match-up between the Houston Texans and the Oakland Raiders, who will be seen as the home team. The Texans come off a victory in Jacksonville, where Houston won 24-21. The Raiders had week 10 off, but prior to that won 30-20 against Denver at home.

There is no denying the Raiders have become one of my favorite teams this season. Sure they commit a ton of penalties, but they are just such a fun team to watch. Derek Carr has to be in the MVP conversation, and has truly established himself as one of the best signal callers  in the NFL. Amari Cooper is his go to receiver, and one who is fun to watch play. Then there is Michael Crabtree, who Carr relies on when he is going for the endzone. They will enter this game fresh off a bye, while also sporting a three game winning streak.

As for Houston, they hold a 6-3 record which has them on top of the AFC South. They are currently riding a two game win streak as they enter this one. But there is something about this team that always irks me. They have a ton of offensive weapons, but they have one of the worst offenses in the league. They rank 29th in points per game, which is a shame considering they have DeAndre Hopkins, Lamar Miller and Will Fuller. The problem lies in their quarterback situation, with Brock Osweiler having an extremely underwhelming season. He has thrown only two more touchdowns than he has interceptions over 10 weeks, and simply is never on the same page as Hopkins, who is not even at 500 yards on the year.
