Indiana, Pennsylvania. The so-called Christmas Tree Capital Of The World.

With a population of close to 14,000, Indiana, Pennsylvania is home to one of the largest number of Christmas tree farms, coal mining, natural gas production and commercial drilling in the country, in the form of S.W. Jack Drilling Company. Home of Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) and the birthplace and hometown of “It’s a Wonderful Life” actor, Jimmy Stewart, Indiana has a special and quaint small-town All-American feel to it that is just so welcoming and unique all it’s own.

Other notables such as three-time PGA winner Steve Wheatcroft, Patton actor, Sandy McPeak and Bandwagon actress/comedienne Karri Bowman, could fellow Indiana native in runway, fitness and bikini model, Chelsea Bliscik be the new small-town girl to make it big?

Bliscik, a promotional, runway and bikini model, has worked for brands such as Ducati, StubHubLive, Chrysler and Mountain Dew. Currently based in Chicago, the 5’6 blond-haired brown-eyed beauty has also recently ventured in the area of fitness modeling.

Thanks to a slim and lithe figure, Bliscik has a clear and fresh All-American look, attitude and figure set to help her become one of the new faces of fashion and promo modeling. Below is my Q and A with Chelsea as we talk modeling, fashion and who to look your best this season.

I have worked for clients such as Ducati, StubHubLive, Chrysler, Mountain Dew, clean & a clear, fire ball, three olives, Jameson, Bud Lite, Nickelodeon and much more.   My favorite would have to be one of my most recent events for stub hub at the 2017 Fire Fly festival in Dover, Delaware.

What is your opinion of the whole “shaming” issue that seems to permeate across social media and how have you handled it, if any haters tried to call you out? At some point in time in this type of industry you will cross paths with shaming on social media.  I’m so focused and busy with my career I don’t really pay much attention to negative comments from people but the ones I have encountered, I was very polite to them and then removed any negative comments.  You can’t let negative comments take over your happiness.

What would you say is your best feature? I think my best feature is my smile.

Any beaches you plan on hitting up this summer? As of right now my schedule is very busy but I would love to visit Ocean City, Maryland with my family if I have some free time.

What are your favorite cities to travel to? My favorite cities to visit would have to be Toronto, NYC and Chicago.

What advice would you give to women aspiring to get into modeling? My best advice to them would be to never give up and to always continue to chase their dreams. Networking is also very key in this industry.
