Thanks to routing Rutgers, 49-10, the third-ranked Ohio State Buckeyes continued to show why they may be the most complete team in college football.

Below is our newest conference roundup, highlighting the top games from over this past weekend!

(3) Ohio State 49 | Rutgers 10: Thanks to five touchdowns by RB Miyan Williams, the third-ranked Buckeyes made quick work of the hapless Rutgers Scarlet Knights, 49-10. Heisman Trophy frontrunner in Buckeyes QB C.J. Stroud went 13/22 for 155 yards, two touchdowns and one interception in limited action. Wide receiver Emeka Egbuka led all Ohio State wideouts with four catches for 70 yards.

(4) Michigan 27 | Iowa 14: Thanks to 29 carries for 133 yards and one touchdown from RB Blake Corum, Michigan secured an easy 27-14 road win at Kinnick Stadium over the always-tough Iowa Hawkeyes. QB J.J. McCarthy completed 18/24 passes for 155 yards and one touchdown.

Purdue 20 | (21) Minnesota 10: In what has become a bit of a theme for Purdue under Jeff Brohm, the unranked Boilermakers pulled off their latest Top 25 upset in a 20-10 win over the Golden Gophers in Minneapolis. Despite Minnesota QB Tanner Morgan going 18/33 for 257 yards, the senior quarterback also three interceptions, which helped fuel Purdue’s hopes. QB Aidan O’Connell went 27/40 for 199 yards, while WR Devin Mockobee caught 11 passes for 112 yards and one touchdown.

(11) Penn State 17 | Northwestern 7: Despite a rainy and sloppy game, No.11 Penn State toughed out an ugly 17-7 home win over the visiting Northwestern Wildcats at Beave Stadium.

Maryland 27 | Michigan State 13: Thanks to 314 passing yards and one touchdown from Taulia Tagovailoa, the Maryland Terrapins rolled to a comfortable 27-13 home win over the visiting Michigan State Spartans. With thoughts of his older brother, Tua, starting quarterback for the Miami Dolphins suffering a second concussion in four days, the younger Tagovailoa looked and played inspired in completing 32/41 passes for the game.

Illinois 34 | Wisconsin 10: In a triumphant return to Camp Randall, Illinois head coach Bret Bielema played with a very physical chip in romping over the Wisconsin Badgers, 34-10.

Nebraska 35 | Indiana 21: Thanks to Casey Thompson’s two touchdown passes, while adding another one on the ground, the Nebraska Cornhuskers ended a nine-game FBS losing strak in a 14-point win in Lincoln.
