With Week 3 of the 2025-26 NFL season coming up this Thursday , it is quickly becoming clear who the top two teams are in the former of the Bills and Eagles, with the rest clearly being debatable. There is also two teams who could very well enter the chat as to who will be there in the end!
Here are my top ten power rankings heading into Week 3.
.) Buffalo Bills (2-0): This Josh Allen is different. I mean different in the fact that he isn’t trying to go all Superman on poor defensive backs and actually trusting himself more. The MVP is already looking locked in for his second one, and a trip to the Bay.
.) Philadelphia Eagles (2-0): In what is quickly becoming on end the NFL’s newest grudge matches, Jalen Hurts needed only 101 yards to beat Mahomes on his turf this time, just ask Chris Jones!
.) Green Bay Packers (2-0): The Cheese looks to be very binding in the Dairy State. Thank you again so much Jerry! The Packers look like legit Super Bowl contenders!
.) Los Angeles Chargers (2-0): Go Chargers Go, isn’t just some cheesy Arnold cheer anymore, these Bolts already bullied the Chiefs in Brazil and look to be the team to beat in the AFC West.
.) Baltimore Ravens (1-1): Yeah yeah yeah! Beating up on the hapless Browns is one thing, too bad they can’t beat the Bills and Ravens of the NFL world, right?
.) Los Angeles Rams (1-1): The OTHER LA football team—with two Lombardi’s, one via St. Louis—has finally entered the chat, thanks to Matthew Stafford playing like the Six Million Dollar Man.
.) Detroit Lions (1-1): So, I guess it wasn’t all about Ben Johnson after all? I’m sure that the Lions enjoying stomping a 50-piece hole in his Bears on Sunday, no?
.) Kansas City Chiefs (0-2): Three Super Bowls in five years, and your star tight end putting a ring on the world’s biggest baddie gives you SOME leeway in being ranked in the top ten despite feeling O and two! Getting bullied (again) but the same team that dominated you in the Super Bowls is not a good look!
.) Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2-0): Don’t look now Browns fans! But this is the quarterback you should have kept. If you feel sick, hop on the Bucs’ bandwagon! Baker Mayfield is playing like an NFL MVP right now.
.) Washington Commanders (2-0): Undefeated still, and only going to get better, keep an eye on Jayden Daniels tho. He doesn’t look or seem quite right.
