Two of the least exciting teams in the entire NFL will be facing off in week 12 of the NFL season. The 2-8 Jacksonville Jaguars will be on the road, and they will be taking on Rex Ryan’s 5-5 Buffalo Bills. The Jaguars continued their losing ways last week, falling to the Detroit Lions on the road. The Bills were more fortunate last week, as they went on the road and beat the Cincinnati Bengals.

The Jaguars simply have done nothing to ensure confidence in fans or anyone watching them this season. Their offense has been brutally bad. But one takeaway is that they have not lost by more than a touchdown in a while. We need to go back to week 8 when they team lost by 14 on the road against the Tennessee Titans to find a game with a margin of victory over seven points. So call me crazy, but I do not see the Jags as an instant bet against this week.

The Bills are not exactly a team that I have a ton of faith in. One positive, both Sammy Watkins and LeSean McCoy look like they could play this weekend. But Watkins is sure to have some rust, and McCoy has been in and out of the lineup all season long. The team can look so bad at times, and I just never trust a Rex Ryan club with a large point spread. They are at home which will help matters, but still I see this game ending with only a touchdown deficit. I am rolling with my gut on this one, and I may be crazy, but I am taking the Jaguars with the points on the road.
