Since your online business has less human interaction, chances are, your customers might feel like they aren’t getting enough attention and they’ll possibly forget that you even exist. Therefore, to make sure that your customers remember you, you must ask for their feedback and that is best done with effective customer support. It’s a good thing to ask a disappointed customer for their feedback, so you can quickly make things up. Delays in this matter can cause some serious damage to a business.
