Kyle Lowry Finally Wakes Up, Carries Toronto Raptors Past Milwaukee Bucks
Kyle Lowry scored 22 points in tonight’s game compared to his 4 points in Game 1, which also included the game-clinching basket with less than 10 seconds remaining. The Toronto Raptors evened the score, beating the Milwaukee Bucks 106-100.
DeMar DeRozan added 23 points along with Serge Ibaka’s 16 points and Jonas Valanciunas’ 10 points and 10 rebounds.
On the Bucks’ side, young star Giannis Antetokounmpo had a big night with 24 points and 14 rebounds. Khris Middleton netted 20 points whereas Greg Monroe had 18.
If Lowry’s inconsistency doesn’t stop, who knows what kind of performance he will have in Game 3. Will he have another 4pointst game? Or will he finally have his act together? In order for the Raptors to win the series, both DeRozan and Lowry have to have fairly big games, and if they don’t – well you saw what happened in Game 1.
The teams head to Milwaukee for game 3, where the Bucks will try to gain yet another edge over the Raptors, hoping to use their home court to their advantage.
