Dallas week; It is the two weeks out of the football season that Washington Redskins fans fiend for. With both teams coming off of a loss in week one that makes this game huge for both teams. What can we expect? Here are three things watch in this week’s NFL week two game against the Dallas Cowboys.

Josh Norman will follow Dez Bryant

Last week Ben Roethlisberger and the Pittsburgh Steelers torched the Redskins secondary. I know that the Dallas Cowboys offense is not the Steelers, but if you do not cover, then any QB can hit a wide-open receiver. Watch for the Redskins to make an adjustment this week and put their best corner on Dallas’s best WR. If he is not on him at least 90% of the game, I would be surprised.

Redskins will have more than 12 carries

The Washington Redskins only had a total of 12; yes that is 12, carries on Monday night. I know that starting in the second half, they were playing from behind. However, after a 3 and out and quick TD the Redskins were only down 8. There was no need to abandon the run at this point. The Redskins are going to be more balanced if they expect to have success in 2016.

Kirk Cousins will expose the Dallas Cowboys secondary

Cousins did not have his bet game on Monday Night. He started the season on the wrong foot. Although he finished with a 70% completion percentage, it was not pretty. Look for Kirk Cousins to bounce back against a Dallas secondary that is not as strong as Pittsburgh’s.

Look for the Washington Redskins to have a strong bounce-back game against their rivaled division opponent. In a game that should be one of the best of the weekend in the NFL, I look for both teams to give a good fight. The matchup of Norman vs. Bryant will be one to watch. Tune in this week to the matchup Sunday afternoon.
