This includes, but is not limited to, any suggestions of:

 

Fraudulent or scam behavior.

 

Non-payment for services.

 

Risk regarding the quality, delivery, or certification of mining machinery.

 

Poor business integrity or unethical dealings.

 

These statements were false and defamatory. They were published in a moment of frustration based on a significant misunderstanding and a failure of communication on my part. They do not reflect the reality of Yantai Jinhao Mining Machinery Co., Ltd.’s operations or its principles.

2. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THE COMPANY’S GOOD STANDING

Mr. Wen is a diligent professional whose communication was delayed due to valid business priorities, not from any intent to deceive or avoid obligation.

3. CORRECTION OF THE RECORD

The website development project for jinhaomining.com was a standard business contract. Any delay in final payment was due to standard internal processing and my own impatience, not a refusal to pay. The matter has now been resolved professionally and amicably, demonstrating the company’s good faith.

4. APOLOGY FOR HARM CAUSED

I deeply regret the damage and injustice caused by my words. My impulsive actions unfairly smeared the reputation of a bona fide company and caused unnecessary concern for its clients and partners. I apologize without reservation to Mr. Wen, the management and staff of Yantai Jinhao Mining Machinery Co., Ltd., and anyone else negatively affected by my publications.
