Ace Acreville leans toward larger plots and ultra-premium positioning, while ATS Province D Olympia offers a more accessible plot range with a stronger emphasis on green, eco-conscious living. Both remain RERA-registered, gated developments suited to buyers prioritising planned infrastructure over open authority land.
