Despite coming up short, 35-31 against Deshaun Watson and the newly-crowned national champion Clemson Tigers, in perhaps the most thrilling college title game since the Texas-USC classic at the Rose Bowl for the 2006 BCS championship game, the runner-up Alabama Crimson Tide are still winners, on and off the field.

Led by perhaps this generation’s greatest college football head coach in Nick Saban, Alabama has won five national titles, and despite suffering his first loss in a title game, will likely contend for his sixth national title in 14 years overall and fifth in Tuscaloosa in eight years.

Widely considered THE most powerful coach in college football, Saban has an astounding 205-61-1 record, multiple NFL Draft first round picks and top-ranked recruiting classes that help keep Alabama on top and Crimson Tide fans happy.

One of those fans being Birmingham born and based-glamour model, Morgan Linn.

Linn, who has modeled for the likes of swimwear brands such as Vizcaya and Harem Swimwear, is as die-hard as an Alabama Crimson Tide fan as there is.

When she is not cheering on her beloved Crimson Tide at Bryant-Denny Stadium, the four-time world champion equestrian is modeling brands such as Captain Morgan, Red Bull, working Indy and superbike events and spending quality time with her beloved horse, Top Notch.

Easy on the eyes with curves to die for, the 5’5 Southern belle and blonde bombshell is a true beauty who can easily slip into a bikini as well as talk football with the boys anytime.

Below is my Q and A with Morgan as we talk some Tide, modeling and her plans for a certain trip to Atlanta in 2018. Roll Tide Roll!

Robert D. Cobb: What kind of model do you consider yourself?

Morgan Linn: “Glamour model.”

Robert D. Cobb: What brands have you modeled for? Which one do you enjoy modeling for the most?

Morgan Linn: “IMSA, Red Bull, Cooper Tire, Vizcaya Swimwear, Harem Swimwear, Liberty Belle’s, and Captain Morgan. I love working events at superbike and Indy races! Being on the grid or the podium with the drivers is just so fun and exciting!”

Robert D. Cobb: Where has been your favorite place to shoot?

Morgan Linn: “Miami.”

Robert D. Cobb: What is the most exciting aspect of modeling?

Morgan Linn: “Traveling! I’ve been able to see so many new places and make friends all over the U.S.”

Robert D. Cobb: With winter here and spring right around the corner, what fashion and style tips and trends do you have for looking good when the temperature drops?

Morgan Linn: “Layering is key in the colder months. You can never go wrong with a basic tee, a vest, scarf, and a jacket! Also, investing in a nice pair of knee high boots is a MUST.”

Robert D. Cobb: Within the industry, who is your inspiration?

Morgan Linn: “Lisa Opie. She’s Wonder Woman! I met her during the Vizcaya Swimwear model search. She is the designer of Vizcaya Swimwear, she’s a model, fashion blogger, a pageant queen, a hair and makeup artist, and just an all around amazing person.”

Robert D. Cobb: What is your secret to staying in shape?

Morgan Linn: “Good eating habits! Sometimes I cannot make it to the gym with my busy schedule, therefore sticking to a strict diet is key. My diet consists of a good mixture of healthy fats, vegetables, fruits, and drinking tons of water. I eat several small meals (about 6) every day.”

Robert D. Cobb: Outside of modeling, what are your hobbies?

Morgan Linn: “I am a 4 time World Champion equestrian. I’ve been showing horses since I was 12 years old. So when I’m not working or modeling, I’m spending time with my main man, a Tennessee Walking Horse named Top Notch, who is the very handsome horse in my photos.”

Robert D. Cobb: Sports question: Who are your favorite teams and clubs?

Morgan Linn: “It’s probably pretty obvious… The Alabama Crimson Tide! Roll Tide Roll! College football is something I love. If there’s a college game on television, you can find me watching it over anything else!”

Robert D. Cobb: Tough loss by your beloved Tide in the CFP title game vs. Clemson, what are your thoughts on the game and how are fans taking it?

Morgan Linn: “I was at the game, 30 yard line, lower level, Clemson section. In the moment, the loss was devastating. However, in the days to come, I took it a lot better than I thought possible. Which goes for most Alabama fans I believe. Everyone loses eventually, it was our time. We couldn’t have loss to a better team or a better coach than Dabo. I have so much respect for that man.”

Robert D. Cobb: Do you think that Kiffin leaving before the game affected Alabama?

Morgan Linn: “Not at all. I believe he was causing a lot of issues while at the university, so I think him leaving was a good thing.”

Robert D. Cobb: Who is your fave Alabama player all time?

Morgan Linn: “Mark Ingram. Our very first Heisman Trophy winner! He continues to be an amazing player for my favorite NFL team, The Saints, and he’s just a very genuine, kind person. I love seeing him succeed.”

Robert D. Cobb: who is your fave title team in the Saban era?

Morgan Linn: “The 2012 team that absolutely slaughtered LSU in the BCS National Championship game.”

Robert D. Cobb:  Aside from Saban, who is the best coach in college football?

Morgan Linn: “I think Les Miles is an outstanding coach and LSU is going to be sorry they let him go. I see him being very successful somewhere in the future, and I hope we never have to play that team!”

Robert D. Cobb: As a Southern belle who loves her football, what is the one thing that a guy can do to impress you?

Morgan Linn: “Be able to chill with me on the couch watching all the college football games when Alabama plays away and sit with me in the stands at Bryant Denny during home games.”

Robert D. Cobb: What is it with women, football and the South? It seems that s lot of Dixie babes know their stuff, yet are able to hang with the big boys, how did that come about?

Morgan Linn: “I cannot speak for all southern women, however, the reason I know all I do about football is from my Dad. He’s always explained every aspect of the game to me from a very young age. So I’m not just a fan, I actually know a good bit of what’s happening on the field.”

Robert D. Cobb: Rebuild or reload, will y’all be back next year in Atlanta?

Morgan Linn: “I’ve already made my hotel reservations in Atlanta for January 8th, 2018.”

Robert D. Cobb: What are your favorite cities to travel to?

Morgan Linn: “New Orleans, New York City, and Washington D.C.”

Robert D. Cobb: What advice would you give to women aspiring to get into modeling?

Morgan Linn: “Be selective with whom you shoot.

When getting started, a lot of women get bombarded with wannabe photographers that simply want to hang out with an attractive woman. These are easily weeded out by studying their work.

Only work with photographers that are as passionate about their work as you. Surround yourself with others in the industry who want to succeed so you all can succeed together!”
