Well football fans its almost time, after five months of football and a few weeks of playoff game we are almost at Super Bowl LI. This years game will see the NFC South Division winner Atlanta Falcons play the AFC East Division winner New England Patriots. This will be the Patriots ninth Super Bowl appearance and they are hopeful that they can grab their 5th ring under the Tom Brady/ Bill Belchick regime. On the other side, the Falcons are entering the Super Bowl for the second time in franchise history, there last appearance was in 1998 . They are hoping to lift the Lombardi Trophy on Sunday night for the first time.

Speaking of the Atlanta Falcons, they are entering this game after having a regular season record of 11-5 in one of the easier divisions in the NFL. It should be noted that the Falcons were in the top 5 of many of the offensive categories in the NFL as they were 1st in scoring (33.8 ppg), 2nd in yards (415.8 was there average), 3rd in passing yards (295.3) and they were 5th in rushing yards (120.5). A lot of the Falcons success this season could be handed to quarterback Matt Ryan who had what some would say as a MVP caliber season. He would end up throwing for 4,944 yards and had 38 touchdowns with 7 interceptions.

While he was the leader, if it was not for his supporting cast, then maybe they would not be where they are. It truly helps a quarterback when you have players like Julio Jones, Mohammad Sanu, Devonte Freeman, and Tevin Coleman. While the offense put up great numbers during the 2016 season, the defense is another reason why they are in the Super Bowl. A lot of that is due to Vic Beasley who many experts are saying that if he continues to perform at the level he was in the 2016 season that his next contract could be more than Von Miller of the Denver Broncos. It should be noted that Beasley is still on his rookie contract. While both sides of the ball played well, the man who should receive the credit is head coach Dan Quinn, who is in his second season as the head coach.

Now lets look at who will be representing the AFC in the Super Bowl. For a record 9th time, the New England Patriots are playing in the Super Bowl. It seems that every year since Tom Brady became the starting quarterback in New England that there team makes it to the Super Bowl. The Patriots are coming into this game after coming off a record in the 2016 season of 14-2. What made this years New England different from previous ones was that there first three wins of the season over the Cardinals, Dolphins, and the Texans were all done without Tom Brady. He was serving his four-game suspension for his part taking in Deflategate.

Now if you can not watch the game on a television, no need to worry as I will provide you how you can either listen to the game on your radio or how you can watch it online.
