The Taste of the NFL is always a big-time hit during Super Bowl Week. The best chefs from around the globe bring their best creations of culinary delicacies, to experience some of the best foods across the National Football League.

GENYouth, the organizer behind the Taste of the NFL works tirelessly year round as the top chefs and the NFL come together. Maureen Bausch and Andrew Zimmern visited The Geary Stein and Stevens show at Radio Row on Thursday to talk about the importance of fighting Hunger.

Zimmern told the show that hunger is a hidden problem as the people who are hungry won’t show the immediate signs. The official stat may be 1/8 however with Zimmern talking to the show he believes that number is higher at 21-22%.

The Taste of the NFL is one of the biggest events/fundraisers during the week of Super Bowl that creates more awareness for Youth Hunger. It doesn’t hurt that Zimmern is a Vikings fan living in Minnesota as we talked about on the show as well.

Chateaux Luxe was a fabulous venue to have this years event. The indoor/outdoor venue gave you the best of what the venue had to offer. The attendees definitively showed up and showed out.

There were many photo opportunities with your favorite chefs, celebrities, NFL players past and present. Seeing everyone come together to progress the ending of childhood hunger was a great day for all who were able to create the experience.

If you like food and football, this is an event you don’t want to miss. With Las Vegas being a tourist destination as well as the host for Super Bowl LVIII, I can only imagine the greatness we see in February of 2024.

The Taste of the NFL and GenYOUTH both have exciting futures.

Every time I see or think Super Bowl, my first thought is the Taste of the NFL. Seeing how GenYOUTH works tirelessly to make this event a success, February 2024 I would expect nothing less than the best.
