Be Purposeful

Being purposeful doesn’t mean that you can’t make mistakes. On the contrary, being a great athlete is a process of refinement. You have to fail a couple of times before you finally get what works for you. What is the purpose of your exercise and what do you intend to achieve with it? Asking such questions will give you a clear perspective on where you want to be as an athlete.
