Tortuga Music Festival has been doing annual concerts on the beach of Ft. Lauderdale since 2013 the year of its inception. It was created as a large-scale event to raise funds and awareness for Ocean Conversation. Its founder Chris Stacey a 20-year music industry veteran and ocean enthsiast along with A.J. Niland of HUKA Entertainment. The time is approaching where Country Music’s emerging and leading artists make their way to the Ft. Lauderdale shoreline for a vibrant weekend filled with enjoyment, sunshine, and sand. This year’s roster promises to be exceptional. I’m fortunate to attend and experience the energy up close!

Some of these performers are making their debut at Tortuga, while others, like Kenny Chesney, are returning for their 6th time. Kenny last performed in 2023, having made his debut at the very first festival in 2013. He’s also set to receive the first-ever Ocean Legacy Award during his 2026 performance. I’m really looking forward to seeing this star-studded event and witnessing one of the greatest of all time receive his award.
