Union City, California. 26th August, 2025:

XTEN-AV will bring its newly launched XAVIA platform to Integrate Expo Sydney 2025. The demonstration will offer attendees a first-hand look at voice and chat-driven AV design in action. The event will take place at ICC Sydney from 27th August to 29th, 2025.

The Integrate conference serves as Australia’s largest gathering for AV professionals, integrators, and end users. It will perfectly blend product showcases, education sessions, and networking opportunities.

As a result, it is an ideal venue for a practical demonstration of new AV design and integration workflows, such as XAVIA.

XTEN-AV introduced XAVIA earlier this year in Orlando, Florida on June 11. During the event, it received consistent attention from industry integrators and the media. Now, it plans live demonstrations of the industry’s first AV-oriented generative AI.

Speaking on the demonstration, XTEN-AV Co-founder Vibhav Singh says, “XAVIA will translate plain English commands into schematics. It will also generate the rack layouts and automate the bills of materials.”

At the trade show, XTEN-AV will stage interactive sessions. In these sessions, visitors will get the chance to speak or type their AV requirements. Then, they will see complete AV proposals generated in real-time within seconds.

“During interactive sessions, XTEN-AV will show the AI AV magic to AV professionals. They will see industry professionals giving simple prompts to XAVIA. XAVIA will provide floor plans, equipment lists, and installation notes as results,” Singh adds.

“You enter the prompt to design a six-seat huddle room with a projector and Dante audio in XAVIA. The AI chatbot will provide you with room designs, cable schedules, and the BOM lists. It will also provide proposal documentation and help with project management software,” he adds.

Company representatives claim that the feature set of XAVIA will reduce repetitive tasks. It will also improve the project turnarounds for AV integrators.

XAVIA uses a catalog of millions of SKUs to suggest compatible equipment. It also uses the catalog to populate cost estimates. Moreover, the AI chatbot uses the catalog to create documentation, aligning with common AV standards.

XTEN-AV co-founder Sahil Dhingra also commented on the demonstration of the AI agent at the Expo. He says, “The practical promise is less about novelty and more about replacing manual. It will cut the error-prone steps with a single consolidated workflow.”

Dhingra informs, “The company released the AI AV agent on 11th June. Since then, XAVIA has continuously improved the productivity of routine design tasks. Moreover, it plans to build on that momentum at Integrate Sydney.”

“Those outcomes will be a central part of the booth narrative. The narrative will illustrate that the AV designer can realize efficiencies across different streams. These streams comprise design, proposals, and project management,” he continues.

The AV design software company is also offering short one-on-one sessions to the AV industry experts. They can test the chat and voice interfaces using templates and sample room data. Press can request recorded demo clips for follow-up reporting.

For AV integrators looking to test new tools, the XTEN-AV’s exhibition will answer the following questions.

  • How much manual drafting, cross-checking, and document assembly can you reduce?
  • How does BOM accuracy improve when tied to a single equipment catalogue?
  • How can faster proposal cycles free teams to focus on higher-value tasks?

Attendees can also expect side-by-side comparisons showing manual versus automated workflows. Moreover, they will receive a clear explanation of how XAVIA helps in procurement and project tracking systems.

XTEN-AV officials will also address adoption questions. You can ask these questions during short stage sessions and booth conversations. The questions will revolve around licensing models, training timelines, and integration paths.

The company emphasizes real-world constraints such as regional part availability. It also understands the critical nature of standards compliance and field verification. Thus, it plans to show how XAVIA captures and manages these constraints. These operational details will be particularly relevant for enterprise buyers and multi-site integrators.

Beyond product demos, trade shows broader programs include tech talks and education streams. The programs will focus on AV workflow automation, collaboration, and the convergence of AV and IT. Attendees can learn to place XTEN-AV’s live examples into a broader industry context in these programs.

In this way, they can compare the platform’s approach with other automation efforts. These efforts will be visible in design, control, and service workflows. Reporters can use the context to frame XAVIA as a potential shift in planning and completion of AV projects.

In short, Integrate show will allow AV professionals to test runs on using voice and chat commands in the AV workflow. The Expo also enables them to test practical outcomes against real project needs. Moreover, they will be able to probe deployment considerations with product experts.

So, if you are planning to witness the magic of XAVIA, XTEN-AV’s AI AV agent, then contact XTEN-AV’s press team. They will help you in scheduling hands-on demo windows at Booth F37 of the AV convention at Integrate Sydney. The team will also help you with obtaining post-show recordings and technical appendices. Additionally, you can gain company information and press materials at both.
