However, that doesn’t mean that this can be a reason for you to worry too much. Don’t let your worries become a barrier to growth. If you feel you have an interesting idea that could benefit your team, don’t hesitate to share it. Try to read the situation and analyze the way your team communicates. Don’t be afraid to give your opinion, especially if you have a solid foundation to support your idea.

If later your opinion or idea is rejected by the team, don’t be sad and anxious. Make it a lesson for the next opportunity.

4.  Fear of making mistakes

This is pretty much the most common reason why people experience excessive anxiety. This can happen at work as well as in everyday life. The key to avoiding this worry is to understand that everyone, whether new to a field or a professional, will make mistakes.

Excessive worry, because you are afraid of making mistakes, is pointless because it’s natural for human beings to make mistakes, after all, we are not perfect. What you should do instead, is to ensure you can minimize these errors. In work, before doing or deciding something try to analyze and ask questions. Never be afraid to seek answers, especially for things that still doubt you.

If an unavoidable error occurs while you are doing your work, then stop worrying too much and evaluate yourself at the next opportunity. By making mistakes, you can learn to avoid them and do better in future jobs.

Worry, fear, and anxiety are not things that can be easily avoided in everyday life. What you can do is realize that this feeling is a natural thing. Rather than ignoring these worries and fears, it is better to understand and face them. You can share what you feel with other people to help you relieve excess anxiety.
