We are officially on the road to Wrestlemania on April 2nd in Orlando, Florida. It will be interesting to see how it plays out, but there are now rumors going around that former WWE Woman Champion Sasha Banks could be turning heel in the next couple of weeks. The payoff to turning Sasha as a heel will be that we are heading towards another collision between Bayley and Sasha Banks.

As of this writing, Sasha Banks is currently in a program with Nia Jax and she continues to cause damage to Sasha’s knee. According to the rumors, the way they will turn Sasha is that she will be getting frustrated with the injuries. Unfortunately, she will end up taking out her frustrations on her friend, Bayley. What will be interesting to see is when WWE actually decides to pull the trigger and turn her heel. In the RAW Woman’s division, the current heels are Charlotte, Dana Brooke, Nia Jax, and Summer Rae (when she does return to TV). So turning Sasha heel will do well, it will end up backfiring as that would make the faces of the Woman’s Division on RAW to take a hit as it will leave Bayley, Paige (when she returns to TV), and Alica Fox.

As far as when we will get Bayley vs. Sasha Banks on the main roster, I don’t know if it will be at Wrestlemania as the plan is for Charlotte to defend her title against Bayley, and if Bayley can defeat Charlotte then this could be the first feud for Bayley after WrestleMania. It should be noted that these two had a feud while they were both in NXT and it ended up being one of the best women feuds in NXT history. So once these two lock horns, you are going to get nothing but magic.

This is only a rumor and should be taken with a grain of salt. Stay tuned as we will continue to provide the top coverage as the WWE is on the road to Wrestlemania. You can get all the latest wrestling news on twitter by following Jon Blayne’s twitter account @jon_blayne
