The Calgary Flames have held superstar Jarome Iginla out of tonight’s game against the Colorado Avalanche and it appears to be the end of Iginla’s time in Calgary.
Iginla has been apart of trade rumors for the entire season, as it seems the Flames are looking to rebuild. It appears now that the rumors are going to come to fruition.
According to multiple sources Iginla will be traded to the Boston Bruins for a first round pick and two prospects. The two prospects look to be defenseman Matt Bartkowski and center Alex Khoklachev. The Bruins scratched Bartkowski and the AHL affiliate of the Bruins the Providence Bruins sat Khoklachev.
Bartkowski has only seen action in two Bruins games this season and is viewed as a two-way defenseman. Khoklachev is have a terrific season so far in the OHL tallying 48 points in 29 games.
Iginla is the Flames all-time leader in games (1,219), goals (525), and points (1,095). He would help supply additional firepower to an offense that is already ranked 10th in the league. This is the piece that could help Boston reclaim their division lead from the Montréal Canadiens.

You actually make it seem so easy together with
your presentation but I to find this matter to be actually something which I believe I would
by no means understand. It seems too complicated and extremely broad for
me. I am taking a look forward for your next submit, I will try to get
the cling of it!
