We have a clash between two division leaders in week 11 of the NFL season. The AFC North-leading Baltimore Ravens will fly to the Lone Star State to take on Jerry Jones’ NFC East-leading Dallas Cowboys. The Ravens will be entering the game coming off a 28-7 victory over the lowly Cleveland Browns last Thursday. Meanwhile, the Dallas Cowboys continue to roll as they won 35-30 last week in Pittsburgh against the Steelers.

The Ravens will take to the road for the fifth time this season. To this point, the club is 2-2 away from Baltimore but overall have not been ultra impressive. Their two wins have come against the likes of the Browns and Jaguars, who are two of the three worst teams in the NFL. Both games saw the Ravens win by a combined seven points. Their two losses have been against the Giants and the Jets, in the same stadium, in back to back weeks. So while the club is on a two-game winning streak following their bye, they honestly have not beaten anyone of note up to this point in the season. This week they will get their first real test, and the seven-point spread is certainly justifiable.

The Dallas Cowboys are one of the hottest teams in the NFL right now and are considered by many to be the best team in the NFC. Behind rookies Dak Prescott and Ezekiel Elliot, the Cowboys  offense has been extremely impressive. A ton of the credit also needs to be given to the team’s offensive line, which is without much question, the best in the entire NFL. Their only defeat came all the way back in week one, and it was only by a single point. Now they get to face a team who has yet to face any major competition this week, and they are home. So while seven points being laid means the team needs to win by more than a touchdown, and they are coming off a rather emotional win against the Steelers, I simply cannot foresee myself taking the Ravens on the road against this offense.
