When Daniel Craig returns to the screen in the guise of James Bond, he may be facing off against a formidable two-time Oscar winner.
According to Variety, Christopher Waltz is in talks to play the part of the yet to be identified villain. Personally, this writer cannot wait to see what they have in store for Waltz when he takes a turn as a Bond villain.
Those who can’t wait for the next Bond film to get a dose of Waltz can catch him in on Nov. 26th in Horrible Bosses 2 and on Christmas Day in Tim Burton’s Big Eyes.
Skyfall alums who will be returning alongside Craig for Bond 24 include Ben Whishaw, Naomie Harris, Ralph Fiennes, and Rory Kinnear. Sam Mendes, who directed Skyfall, will be returning to direct the film based on the screenplay penned by John Logan and rewritten by Robert Wade and Neal Purvis.
Others who are rumored to be gracing the production with their talents are Lea Seydoux (Grand Budapest Hotel), Dave Bautista (Guardians of the Galaxy), and Chiwetel Ejiofor (12 Years a Slave).
Just based on the acting, writing, and directing talents this film is boasting, I’m going to have a very hard time waiting nearly a whole year for this movie’s release.
The 24th installment of the James Bond 007 series is set to arrive in U.K. theaters Oct. 23rd 2015 and then in U.S. on Nov. 6th 2015.
