  • Lunch        – Paneer Biryani + curd + salad  
  • Pre-workout- 1 glass beetroot juice + 1 Peanut Butter Rice cake or beetroot soup.

Why should you take a good diet after training? Because the main moto is to restore strength and maintain energy level. It is advised to eat something after half an hour of training. Try to not skip meals and have a snack. Here’s what can help:

  • Lunch can be any veg curry + curd + salad
