Experiences make everyone more credible and mature in the area of their expertise. Sometimes these experiences come from a dark place and trauma, but overpowering the trauma and hurt and making it beautiful for others to benefit from, is a brilliant feat to achieve. Like Oprah Winfrey said, “Turn your wounds into wisdom,” and that is what Benjamin Brumm – a system innovator and a thought leader – has done.

The healthcare system used widely in hospitals and clinics is flawed and unforgiving to people who want more than pills for their sicknesses. There is no one better than Benjamin to understand this disparity between sickness and wellness healthcare. He is adamant about working on it and changing its concept to allow more than just solutions for sickness but provide options for a wellness healthcare system.

He realized that the world of health care needed a serious revamp when he got injured while playing Acadia Varsity Football. He was an outstanding athlete who lost his athletic prospects when he suffered a tragic knee injury. He suffered from more than just a physical wound; he suffered from an intense identity crisis. He found out that healthcare professionals offered physical healthcare, but there was no alternative medicine to help him heal internally.

Feeling emptiness due to the mental burdens, Benjamin started volunteering during the pandemic and worked on the front lines of the effort to extend help. He soon became the team lead at a local vaccination clinic and discovered all the systems’ flaws. After realizing he needed more information, he got under two business moguls who mentored him and taught him the ropes of the business world. After going through challenging times and fighting against temptations, he used his mentorship to come out to the world and start his efforts to revamp the healthcare system to improve it.

He learned the tricks of business and trade at an early age while playing with legos and bricks. These skills have helped Benjamin open the gates to alternative medicine practices that can be combined with conventional medical techniques. This combination of treatments will ensure better quality and increased recovery time for many patients worldwide.

Benjamin has been busy making connections over LinkedIn and zoom meetings to ensure his idea and thought process gets shared with the world. He wants to find the right people to work with, so he can become the pioneer in the upcoming changes in the healthcare world.
