At Delaware, Josefina chose her major as International Business Studies and took a minor in Management Information System. Delaware Women’s Golf Masters was conducted on 19th to 20th of October in 2024 at the Rehoboth Beach Country Club. This is one of the tournaments that forms the fall season of plans of the women’s golf team of the University of Delaware, where the ladies hope to demonstrate the skills and strength when competing with other teams, where they look to showcase their talent and compete against various teams​

The three main challenges that were experienced include One of the significant blocks was experienced with the outbreak of COVID-19 which affected collegiate sports most games including golf. Thus, like many athletes, their ability to compete in tournaments and train was disrupted – Josefina had to accept the all-new ‘new normal.’ However, due to these mishaps, Josefina continued with her training and studies so as to come back into the competition stronger than ever. Her ability to stand up for herself with such adversities is one of the characteristics that have shaped her success in and out of golf.
