How to Use MultCloud to Manage Multiple Cloud Storage

Scenario 1: Manage Different Clouds in One Place
Step 1: Enter the MultCloud website and create a free account as a preparation.
Step 2: Add a Cloud to MultCloud by clicking “Add Cloud” and the cloud logo. Then, you will log in to this cloud and allow MultCloud to access your cloud files in a pop-up window. Also, repeat the operations to add as many clouds or accounts as you want.
Step 3: After adding the clouds, you will see them listed in the left sidebar. Then, you can open one of them and create new folders, upload files, download files, rename files, etc.
Scenario 2: Transfer files from One Cloud to Another without Downloading
Cloud Transfer is one of the MultCloud main functions. It aims to directly transfer files between clouds. Here we will take the steps for transferring Google Drive to OneDrive as an example.

Step 3: Open “Options” to check the transfer settings. If there is nothing to change, tap on “Transfer Now” to initiate this task.
Scenario 3: Sync Files Between Cloud Storage Services
Cloud Sync is different from Cloud Transfer. Any changes you make to the files will be immediately updated to the target cloud after you create a sync task, without starting the task several times. Additionally, Cloud Sync offers more sync options like Real Time Sync and Two-way Sync. With these sync modes, you can make the files keep syncing from one cloud to another or both ways in real time.

Cloud Backup adds the file restore function which helps you restore the backed-up files with different versions. If you want the backup process to run regularly, you can also schedule the backup task. Suppose you plan to backup Dropbox to Amazon S3.
Step 1: Add Dropbox and Amazon S3 to MultCloud.
Step 2: Select “Cloud Backup” in the left sidebar and choose the source and target cloud.
Step 3: Click on “Backup Now” to run this task.
Step 4: After backing up, select “Task List” and choose the backup task. Then, click the 3-line button and choose “Restore”. Next, follow the instructions to finish the restore settings and begin restoring.
