1. Bradley Chubb ~ Denver Broncos

Chubb was regarded by many as the top player in this year’s draft class and would have been a good fit on almost any team who chose to select him. What makes Denver special, is that this pick should be mutually beneficial to both sides. The Broncos should get immediate production from one of the most freakish pass rushers in the draft, and Chubb will get a chance to learn from the best pass rusher in the game.

2. Josh Rosen ~ Arizona Cardinals

Many believe Rosen was the most NFL ready quarterback in this draft. Out of all of the signal callers drafted in the first round, he found himself in the best situation to win immediately. Sam Bradford is still most likely going to be ahead of him on the draft chart but we all know that the fragile veteran is always just one play away from landing on injured reserve for the rest of the season. Once Rosen sees the field he will have David Johnson in the backfield and Larry Fitzgerald, one of the best receivers of a time waiting to catch passes from him.

3. Calvin Ridley ~ Atlanta Falcon

I don’t know if it factored into the Falcons decision at all that they already have one great Alabama receiver on their roster but I would imagine both Julio Jones and Ridley will be thrilled about this pairing. Ridley falls into a spot where he doesn’t have to worry about being the top guy on the Falcons squad any time soon and should enjoy having less pressure on him as other teams focus on the superstar.

4. Vita Vea ~ Tampa Bay Buccaneers

I can’t think of a better better place to land if you are a massive defensive tackle with rare athletic ability looking to find your legs in the NFL. The Buccaneers are an offensive team now with a history of being a very aggressive defensive team. Vea is a very coachable player who finds himself in the perfect spot to revive the old trend and help bring this team back to prominence.

5. Darwin James ~ Los Angeles Chargers

The Chargers have one of the league’s deepest, most talented rosters and they went into this years draft with very few holes to fill. As luck would have it, James, one of the most talented defensive backs in the draft, dropped right into their lap after a surprising fall. He should help make this team even better as they attempt to make it back to the playoffs after just barely missing out last season.
