Water:

First and foremost for losing weight increase your water intake. This requires no extra effort or time. Try to drink at least 8-10 glass of water daily because water cleanses toxins form your body and work as appetite suppressant. Intake of adequate amount of water can help you reduce water weight. Portion Control:

Well eating bid portion of food not only require more time to digest the food but also puts pressure on digestive system to work twice harder than normal. Food that takes to get digested turns into fat. The right way to eat food is to divide your whole day meal into 5-6 small meals. This will keep you full all day long and food gets digested easily.

Exercise:

Eating right is 80 percent of losing weight however not being physically active will not help you to lose weight. Therefore combine your eating routine with a couple of minutes of exercise to boost up your weight loss. Workouts for minimum 30 minute a day or just put on your shoes and walk for at least 40 minutes. The rule is to keep your body moving!

Go from Heavier to Lighter:

While losing your weight breakfast is a must to-do thing. Probably you have been advised by your grandmother or mother that “In morning eat like a king, in afternoon eat like a ***** and at night eat like poor”. The reason behind it is that in morning your metabolism is at its peak and you have whole day to burn those calories. However eating heavy food at night will not let you burn those calories easily and they will result in increasing weight.
