Penned by Ryan Coogler with Chadwick Boseman playing the role of T’Challa, the Black Panther, who battles to save his country, Wakanda, from an imminent threat.

Are game shows your thing? If yes, then take a look at Quiz Show. This accurately tells the true story of a fixing scandal that rocked the TV show Twenty-One back in the 1950s. The film is headlined by Ralph Fiennes and John Turturro which has to be another good reason to watch it.

God’s Own Country – “An electrifying debut” according to the Houston Chronicle by Francis Lee is next in line of all-time great movies. Compared to Brokeback mountain it tells the story of a morose farmer and his relationship with an immigrant employee. All is revealed against the bleak landscape as a reminder of the harshness of their existence.

Any mystery drama fan needs to watch Burning by Lee Chang Dong. Released in 2018 and voted the third greatest movie of 2018 by 164 film industry experts. This cryptic tale tells the story of a man Jong-su who agrees to take care of a cat belonging to a woman with whom he has become obsessed. When the woman disappears after returning from vacation with a new male friend, Jong-su is left to pick up the pieces.

Finally, for a feel-good movie, no life would be complete without the Bollywood treasure Lagaan: Once upon a time in India. Released in 2001 and hailed as “pure entertainment” by Variety magazine. The film features one of Bollywood’s highest profile actors Aamir Khan. With memorable songs, dance, drama and romance it tells the story of a tax-hit village’s attempts to defeat the villainous Brits in a game of cricket.
